Burnout can happen to anyone. When working solo, you can get carried away. There could be no one else to handle tasks. However, adopt a good system to ensure a good balance.

Practice any of the following daily or often:

  • Have a positive attitude towards life
  • Meditation
  • Mindfulness
  • Yoga
  • Sports
  • Swimming
  • Listen to music (soothing)

  • Plan your day (to-do list)
  • Morning, evening, and bedtime routines
  • Skincare routine (yes!!!)

  • Surround yourself with loving and supportive people. Let go of the leeches!
  • Plan a weekend out with friends/family

    People are so busy making money that they forget what makes them happy. To find inner peace it is not important to stay surrounded by nature, one can found it within himself by just doing the deeds that make one happy from within
