We all sometimes feel that we’ve failed, be it in our personal or professional life, our relationships, our dreams and desires, and more. How we react to this, makes all the difference… We could actually gain from failure!
Grocery shopping is an essential task, needed in every household. We buy foodstuff, detergents, toiletries, personal care products, and so much more, to cater for daily family needs. At the same time, we juggle among office time, family time and time for ourself.
Today I woke up, and went out for a morning stroll in my garden before breakfast. I was thrilled to benefit from the comfortable warmth of the morning sunshine (as in Mauritius, we’re in winter, and it’s getting cold for our usual hot tropical climate!). I practiced yoga, deep breathing, and meditated, confirming to myself that I was indeed right, not to hit the snooze button today!
