If you cater to an international audience, use info to group them. Some countries might have specific trends or cultures. Language is also key.
Psychographic:

- Lifestyle
- Values
To provide relevant solutions, know the psychographic side of your audience. Their interests, lifestyle, and values count. Address their true needs.

Using stats, especially when doing e-commerce, find important data. Use indicators such as purchase history, engagement, and website behavior. Craft better campaigns and send them to the right contacts.
