In case of overwhelm, postpone the less important to-dos for another day.  If possible, identify and eliminate redundant tasks from your calendar.  This will help in making more space for adding cushions to your sessions.

  1. I gave myself buffer time in the summer. Took my shoes off in the garden to ground myself and feel the energy of the earth. Well, at that’s what I read to do. And, tried it with success, the buffer time was remarkable releasing. I think we need to do that at work as well.
