If you had the chance to live 24 hours in the life of your favorite celebrity, who would it be?  Who inspires you the most?  Who do you take as a role model?  In my article, the focus will be on self-improvement and success.

Get into the shoes of the hero of your dreams for a day.  In this article, I’ll do my best to describe 3 types of stars and how they would possibly spend every hour, being productive.  Learning from their daily success habits is inspiring.  I won’t be naming anyone but will describe what they’re likely to do.

Pop Star

It could be a singer of any music genre, whichever you admire the most.  Songs are memorable.  When you’re young, it tends to be the centre of attraction.  As we age, we may move to more melodious and serene tracks.

Music bands often set an important example as role models.  Our teenagers couldn’t agree more.  What they dress up like, what they say, and their videos have a huge impact on youngsters.  Drugs, heavy smoking, and excessive alcohol intake are all undesired habits.  On the other hand, setting a good example for youth to follow is key.

Let’s see how such an icon would spend 24 hours on a normal day.  We aim to take note of good daily habits, for better self-improvement.  I’ll also emphasize self-care, which is crucial for high performers.

5 am to 6 am – wake up, drink hot water on an empty stomach, fitness exercise.

6 am to 8 am – shower and have a nutritious breakfast, then check emails.

8 am to noon – leave for the recording studio, start voice warm-up exercises, do some recording.

Noon to half past noon – have a healthy warm lunch.  Ice cream is only a rare treat to maintain a good voice.

Half-past noon to 3 pm – more recordings.

3 pm to 4 pm – meeting with the agency manager to discuss new offers.

4 pm to 6 pm – meeting with other members of the band to discuss progress and a new plan.

6 pm to 7 pm – photoshoot for some great photos.

7 pm to 9 pm – return home, shower, and have dinner.

9 pm to 10 pm – self-care, listen to light music.

10 pm to 5 am – proper sleep.

Sports Person

This type of luminary is also very influential on the youth, as well as all ages.  Athletes are an example to follow.  Their courage, perseverance, and discipline are strengths that we should all learn from.  The routines they embrace are worth knowing and adopting.

Fitness activities are often hard.  Generally, you could feel demotivated.  However, with thorough discipline and solid daily habits, you go ahead and don’t procrastinate.

Team sport members are also admired.  Football is one key example.  All these role models should give the right type of examples to the young, and everyone else.

6 am to 8 am – wake up, drink hot water on an empty stomach.  Practise breathing exercises, warm-ups, fitness activities.  Yoga and meditation.

8 am to 9 am – shower and have a nutritious breakfast.

9 am to noon – leave for the gym or practise at home with own equipment.

Noon to half past noon – have a healthy lunch with lots of protein, and natural foods.

Half-past noon to 3 pm – more practice.

3 pm to 4 pm – meetings, administrative work, and planning for future events.

4 pm to 7 pm – fitness.

7 pm to 9 pm – return home, shower, and have dinner.

9 pm to 10 pm – no blue light, drink some herbal infusion, read.

10 pm to 5 am – proper sleep.

Film Star

During the lockdown, we all saw that shootings were at a halt.  However, with time, as things improve, we’re likely to see more new movies again.  Social distancing is primordial when needed.

Actors and actresses are at the centre of attraction.  They’re chased by their fans, media, and maybe everyone.  Their lives tend to be hectic.

Wearing so much makeup in front of cameras could develop skin issues.  They stay up at night to learn their lines.  Feeling stressed, some risk falling prey to indulgence.  Even in the limelight, they could feel lonely.

6 am to 7 am – wake up, drink hot lemon water, meditate, and exercise.

7 am to 8 am – shower and have breakfast.

8 am to noon – leave for the studio, get into their costumes, get makeup and hair done, shoot.

Noon to 1 pm – take a lunch break and chat with other actors in the movie.

1 pm to 3 pm – more shooting.

3 pm to 7 pm – have a short break, and do more shooting.

7 pm to 9 pm – return home, shower, and have dinner.

9 pm to 10 pm – learn the lines for the next shooting and rehearse.

10 pm to 6 am – get ready for bed and sleep.

These are a few of the most popular types of celebrities.  Others could be book authors, big influencers, and more.  Successful people, such as founders and the CEOs of the biggest companies are known to have great morning routines, too.  Learning from them is desirable, at the same time, they should set great examples.

As I mentioned at the start of my article, I haven’t named anyone.  Do use your imagination to picture the ones you look up to.  What can you identify as being exemplary in terms of their morning routines, healthy eating, fitness activities, discipline and success?  Once done, incorporate these into your daily habits for better productivity and self-improvement.  Always keep learning and grow personally.  What works today might no longer be effective tomorrow, so keep improving the practices.

Conclusion

In this blog post, you imagined living 24 hours in the life of your favorite celebrity.  Through it, you also saw the activities that are worth adopting for success.  Do leave a comment if you’d like to tell me your experience.  Please share my blog for more people to read and be inspired.  Thanks and cheers!
