1. Early bird

Getting up early and being active is a natural way to jump-start your day.  Even if you’re not a 5 a.m. person, getting up earlier than you normally do will also help.  You can gradually improve your morning routine if you choose to.

2. Enough sleep

Proper sleep is a must.  It enhances your energy, concentration level, mood and more.  While sleep needs vary from person to person, most adults require around 8 hours of sleep daily.  On the other hand, if you oversleep, you’re likely to feel sluggish.

3. Cardio

Have some form of exercise, preferably in the morning.  Getting active as soon as you’re out of bed is great!  You’ll feel more energetic and stimulate your happiness hormones.

4. Oxygen intake

Breathing exercises are wonderful.  While having numerous health benefits, it boosts your vitality.  Adequate oxygen is needed in the blood system. Prefer breathing in pure and unpolluted air.

5. Healthy eating

Always take the time for a good breakfast.  What you consume undoubtedly affects your strength.  Have a healthy, balanced diet, rich in vitamins, minerals, and other important nutrients.

6. Stay hydrated

Drink enough water.  Normally people need at least 6-8 glasses daily. Caffeine, which is easily available in beverages like coffee and tea, helps increase stamina.  Herbal teas, citrus fruits, and aloe vera pulp juices are some other great options.

7. No indulgence

Say absolutely ‘no’ to excessive alcohol intake, smoking, and harmful drugs!  Caffeine should be taken in moderation. Many people can’t have coffee or tea late in the afternoon or evening, as it hinders a good night’s sleep and they wake up feeling drowsy.

8. Relaxation techniques

When it comes to sharing tips on enhanced vitality, I cannot miss out on the benefits of relaxation techniques!  The list of activities to choose from seems endless… from meditation to nature hikes, visualization and much more.  Unwinding is essential so that you feel recharged.

9. Regular breaks

Whether working at the office, spending time at home, or anywhere else, you need to take regular breaks to feel spunky and get back to your tasks.  A simple walk in my garden gives me all the courage that I need! Allocate time for short rests in your to-do list.

10. Motivation mindset

Last but not least, your state of mind affects your level of fervor and the activities that you undertake.  Maintaining good emotional health, you can concentrate better on your endeavors. Work on your life vision/goals with a positive mindset, while being grateful for what you already have.

Find the activities that are best for you, take the right actions and make them your natural daily habits.

  1. I can definitely vouch for exercise in the morning! I often feel so groggy until I get the heat going, and blood pumping, and a good intake of oxygen, and the nausea quickly goes and is replaced with optimism for the day ahead. Some great tips as usual, Sharvi! Thanks for sharing
