The goals you choose for yourself can be from a wide range of categories.  Based on the importance you find, you’re likely to set goals in different aspects of your life.

Just a few examples to get you thinking:

  • Personal.  Things that concern your personal life, perhaps at an individual level or involving those dear to you.
  • Professional.  Self-improvement, education, career, and so on.
  • Health.  This relates to self-care, fitness, and more.
  • Family.  The quality of time you spend with your spouse, children, and kin. If you’re single, then precious moments with close ones.
  • Love.  The relationship with your spouse, dating, or if you choose to remain single.
  • Social.  How you interact with friends, colleagues, network, and so on.
