  5. Speed reading was such a big concept back when I was in school, getting to the point of the story, scrapping away the fluff to find the facts you needed to answer the questions properly. Especially for testing purposes, now I find the speed reading takes all the authenticity out of what you are reading…. there is no story or interest, just the facts.
